  All information obtained from LDS church Ancestral File (AFN: CRK1-RS) Note daughter, Rose's death certificate states that Mother's name was "Sarah Elkins" and that Sarah was born in Elkins, VA. Note informant on death certificate listed at W.R. Young. Further, Rose's husband's mother is a Sarah so there could be some confusion. Obtain death certificate for Rebecca J. Naylor from Missouri State Board of Health confirming date of death as 7/15/1913. Note that death certificate shows date of death as 7/15/1913, not the 7/16/1913 found on the LDS church file. It seems as though the date was confused with Her husband's date of death.
